How to Beat NEET & JEE Preparation Pressure

NEET and JEE are not just academic exams — they are emotional marathons. Here is the exact pressure-management playbook we use with every senior section student at Kothari Classes, Jalgaon.
1. Respect your sleep like it's a subject
7-8 hours of sleep is non-negotiable. Students who sleep less than 6 hours see a 15-20% dip in accuracy on mock tests. We track this inside our batches.
2. Use the 90-20 rule
- Study for 90 focused minutes.
- Break for 20 minutes — walk, stretch, never scroll.
- Repeat 3–4 times a day, not more.
3. Separate effort from outcome
You cannot control your NEET/JEE rank. You can control hours, test accuracy and revision cycles. Obsess about inputs; outcomes follow.
4. Parent support matters more than tuition fees
At Kothari Classes we run a monthly parent meeting — the students whose parents attend score on average 11% higher in our test series. Pressure at home breaks students faster than hard papers do.
5. Normalise asking for help
Every Kothari student gets a personal mentor for one-on-one doubt clearance and mindset check-ins. If you are preparing for NEET/JEE in Jalgaon and feeling stuck, come talk to us.
